Delete your MystWalk account

You can delete your MystWalk account at any time, in the app or by email.

MystWalk is an app of NOESIS STRATEGY EXECUTED E.E., which is responsible for your data.

1. In the app (immediate)

1. Sign in and open your Profile.
2. Tap "Delete account".
3. Enter your password to confirm and tap "Delete permanently".

The deletion happens at once and you are signed out of every device. If you want a copy of your data, first tap "Download my data" in your Profile.

If you have a hunt under way, finish or abandon it first. Deletion is not possible while you are playing.

2. By email (if you cannot sign in)

Request deletion by email

1. Email mystwalk@noesisse.gr from your account's email address, with the subject "MystWalk — Delete my account".
2. If the request does not come from that address, we will ask you to confirm it from there, so that nobody can delete someone else's account. We will never ask for your password.
3. Our team deletes the account and sends you a confirmation. Deletion is completed within one month of the request at the latest, as the GDPR requires.

3. What is deleted

• Your email and nickname: replaced with anonymous values, such as "Explorer 3f2a". Signing in becomes impossible.
• Your password, your sign-ins on every device, and your email links (confirmation and password reset).
• The locations from your hunts.
• Your in-app notifications.
• The text of your reviews.
• Your profile icon and settings, and your appearance on leaderboards.

4. What is kept, and why

• Hunt and team results (scores, times, answers, achievements) and review ratings remain, without your name or email, linked from then on to an anonymous account. This keeps your teammates' scores and the leaderboards intact.
• Tickets you have not used are lost.
• Security records (actions, IP addresses, browser type, linked to the anonymous account) are kept as long as needed for the security of the service and to investigate misuse. See Privacy Policy, section 8.
• Purchase records, once purchases open in the app: as long as tax law requires.
• The emails exchanged with support, as long as needed for the request and our legal obligations.
• Locations are in any case deleted automatically after 90 days, and at once on deletion.

Deletion cannot be undone: to play again, you create a new account.
